1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid (HEDP)

HEDP is a kind of organic phosphonic acid scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor, which can form stable complexes with iron, copper, zinc and other metal ions, and can dissolve oxides on the metal surface. It can still play a good corrosion and scale inhibition effect at 250℃, and is still very stable at high pH, not easy to hydrolysis, and not easy to decompose under general photothermal conditions. Acid and alkali resistance, chlorine oxidation resistance is better than other organic phosphonic acid (salt). It can form six ring chelates with metal ions in water, especially calcium ions, so it has a good scale inhibition effect and an obvious solution-limiting effect. When combined with other water treatment agents, it shows an ideal synergistic effect. HEDP is widely used in power, chemical, metallurgy, fertilizer and other industrial circulating cooling water system, medium and low pressure boiler, oil field water injection and oil pipeline scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition.

Complexing agent for cyanide-free electroplating industry, prepared into cyanide-free electroplating copper solution, and the binding force of copper layer directly electroplating on sodium iron is good. Smooth coating and good color. General dosage 60% content is 100 ~ 120ml/L. The dosage of cupric thiochemicalbook is 15 ~ 20g/L. In addition, before electroplating, the plated part is dipped in 1% ~ 2% solution of the product, so that the electroplated part is converted to an activated state, and then electroplating can improve the effect.
