I started as a sales specialist on August 30, 2018 and as a sales supervisor on May 1, 2022.
The day-to-day mechanism of this role is that I communicate with the supplier and the buyer. But, this role is more about relationships and being proactive, it's about timeliness and accuracy.
Communicate with the supplier (that is the factory) actively, timely and accurate feedback to the supplier about the market situation and the price feedback from the customer, keep the word, do not change the confirmed things frequently, so as to give the other party a reliable impression.
Timely reply with the buyer (that is the customer) to give the customer a sense of security. Timely and accurate feedback of domestic supply situation and price trend, to help customers find out the exact timing of procurement, think about customers' expectations, urgent customers' concerns, closely follow up, regular feedback. We are committed to building an inseparable relationship with our customers.
