Cotton pulp, also known as refined cotton pulp, is a kind of high purity cellulose which is made of cotton wool as raw material and refined by alkali cooking and rinsing. Mainly used in the manufacture of cellulose acetate, nitrocelluloses and ether cellulose, widely used in food, medicine, toothpaste, daily chemical, building materials, paper making, electronics, plastics, aerospace and military and other fields.
Application
Cottonwood pulp is a pulp produced by cooking, bleaching, de-sanding, copying and other processes. The main component of cottonwood pulp is cellulose. Cotton pulp has many uses. At present, it is mainly used in the production of viscose filament, viscose staple fiber, cellophane, steel paper, filter paper, money paper and some special fibers, such as digestive cellulose.
